What we collect

In addition, we will log the following information for each submitted SQL query submitted against the MySQL database:

- IP address - timestamp - Submitted query itself

We do this mainly to improve user experience over time (especially identifying typical syntax and logical errors in queries to provide a better contextual help).

Other than that, we do not actively collect any information.

If you decide to contact us (e.g. via email), we will store your messages in order to respond to your messages and to continue the communication with you. We will delete such information either after 2 years or any time on your request (please send an email to andreas.huebnerh@gmail.com to request this).

Google AdWords Remarketing Solution

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise www.sql-lessons.com across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network.

AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the www.sql-lessons.com website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.

This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.

The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that “This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.”
